If the client lives in the home for the average 7 years, within the first 3 years, that $1500 in fees is paid and everything else is moving forward.” According to Travis, by having the lower interest rate at the end of 7 years, the client would have saved approximately two to three thousand dollars.
For Travis, the client comes first. “If I know I can close the deal but I also know that the bank might be able to give a better deal, I am going to send the client to the bank. I love my banker friends and have established some strong relationships with them, said Travis.” “I have no problem sending a client over to local banks if I know they are going to get the better deal. I am not just about closing a deal but, doing what is best for my clients.”
In addition, home ers may not understand the process of ing a home. They are not educated in this field and need direction. “So I do what is best for the client,” Travis said.

He has several personal reasons for running his company the way he does. He does not forget where he came from. “I grew up poor with 8 siblings and remember Mom and Dad saving up for a home. They saved for 3 to 4 years,” reminisced Travis. “When I was eleven years old, my parents bought our first home with a pool. They used the FHA loan. I recollect my childhood days and how much fun we had in that pool. To me, life happens when you a home. It is where kids grow and make memories.”
