The Gregg County Master Gardeners, Learn at Lunch program, will be Wednesday, June 12. Carole Ramke, member of Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, will be the speaker. Why Garden Organically? will be the topic of her program. The program will be held at the Gregg County Extension Auditorium, 405 E. Marshall in Longview, noon to 1:00 pm.

Ramke is host of Northeast Texas Organic Gardeners, a discussion group in Kilgore, TX. They meet on the first Wednesday of each month in Kilgore learning about the advantages of organic gardening.

Ramke is the author of a book, How to Stop Colds, Allergies & More, which explains how to stop various conditions as soon as they start, without relying on medications.
