Longview has a tradition of turning out stellar athletes, and this year nine of those athletes will be taking their talents to the next level. The group of eight football players and one volleyball player will attend college on scholarship and will move on with their education as well as their sports careers.

Kaitlyn Adams signed with Panola Junior College to play volleyball, Braylyn Anthony, Tim Clay, Landon Peeler, and Jordan Wyatt will all be attending Kilgore Junior College, Bryson Davis will head to Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AK, Zachary Gipson will head over to East Texas Baptist University, Keenan Madden will be going to Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, and Kybrian Sheridan will be attending Texas A&M – Commerce.

“This is really nice – new level, new people, and new things to experience. That is always exciting,” said Bryson Davis. “This group of us moving on to college looks good for Longview High School because we are going to continue to represent our school at the next level. We will show the people who have downed us that we can do a lot of things in life.”
