NATIONSTAR CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER moving to Longview bringing hundreds of new jobs to the area
-The Longview Economic Development Corporation (LEDCO) is pleased to announce that Nationstar Mortgage, one of the largest mortgage servicers in the United States, is opening a Customer Contact Center in Longview, TX. They are leasing a 600 seat facility within an existing building at the Triple Creek Shopping Center.

Nationstar Mortgage is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is the largest non-bank servicer in the U.S. with a servicing portfolio in excess of $369 billion and more than 2.3 million customers.
“This is an exciting time for Longview as we welcome the largest new employer to locate in our area in the last 10 years,” said Longview Mayor Andy Mack. “Nationstar Mortgage is a well-respected, established company, and this is a tremendous opportunity for Longview and East Texas.”
“A key component of LEDCO’s vision is to bring primary jobs to Longview, and the Nationstar Mortgage Customer Contact Center will offer a range of job opportunities to the community,” said Wayne Mansfield, President and CEO of LEDCO. “The LEDCO team, with the support of the City of Longview and the East Texas Workforce Solutions Center, worked closely with Nationstar Mortgage to foster this move and fulfill the requirements. The total payroll, benefits, and capital investment contributed by Nationstar Mortgage will reach $248 million over the next ten years.”

The Longview Economic Development Corporation was created by the voters of Longview in 1991 under the Development Act of 1979 (Texas Revised Civil Statutes Article 5190.6) section 4A for the purpose of creating and retaining primary jobs.
